Audio Project
There are several ways to display an audio file in a portfolio:
This audio player was added to the page by uploading the audio file to Foliotek and then selecting the inline presentation when adding the file to the page (note: the inline tool only works for files under 10mb):
Steps to add an audio control box like above:
- Select the FILES tab in the Foliotek edit toolbox
- Select your audio file (click the plus sign if you still need to upload the file)
- Click in the portfolio page where you would like to add the player
- Choose the inline option to display the file
The following audio players demonstrate different layouts available if you use the free audio storage site, SoundCloud:
Steps to embed audio in a portfolio page:
- Add your audio file to SoundCloud and copy the embed share code
- Click on the Gizmo tab in the toolbox when editing in Foliotek
- Select the </> Embed Gizmo and click in the portfolio page where you would like to place the image
- Paste the embed code from SoundCloud
- Save
- Click the Preview option in the toolbar to see the live version
